Suggestions include asking them to send an email with answers to questions in addition to filling out the form below..
Things like:
- What are your involvements with other leagues and would they interfere with either the regular season of this league or prevent your participation in our end of the year tournaments and events
- Will you be able to field a full roster
- If you are a 'rec' program and not a school sponsored club, do you have proof of insurance
- Can you assure that you will send at least one representative to each of the league meetings
- What high school will your wrestlers be attending..
